The UAE Ministry of Justice announced the launch of the electronic system updates for the tax objections program. With the aim of shortening the procedures and shortening the time and effort of the dealers, and thus facilitating the new system for the parties, whether they are individuals or companies wishing to submit their objections to the decisions of the Federal Tax Authority issued against them. By entering the system on the Ministry’s website www.moj.gov.ae and choose the electronic services, then choose the tax objection system from among the electronic systems, and follow the guideline for the tax objection system, by attaching their documents and applications, which are registered from the date of their receipt in the system, and are immediately referred to the relevant tax committees The objector may submit his objections himself or his representative against the decisions of the Federal Tax Authority, and once submitted, both the objectors and the objector’s representatives against them. They can be viewed and started to be dealt with and responded to by submitting answer notes and attaching documents and expert reports related to those objections as requested by the judges.
